Sladky Family Dental is Hiring a Dental Assistant Near Glendale, WI

We are a patient-centered general dentistry office in Glendale, WI looking for a motivated individual to join our outstanding dental team! The ideal candidate will assist in all areas of our patient experience allowing you a variety of tasks on any given day and the chance to make a difference in the lives of our patients. Our office is open Monday thru Thursday. We utilize digital records (Open Dental), digital intraoral scanning / CEREC restorations, and 3-D x-rays - experience with any of these is a plus!

Job responsibilities include:

  • assisting dentist and hygienists with clinical dental care during examinations, x-rays, cleanings, fillings, and more
  • take digital and analog dental impressions inlcuding CEREC same-day crowns
  • sterilization procedures including preparing/cleaning operatories and processing of dental instruments
  • answering phone calls and appropriately helping patients
  • appointment scheduling and confirming

The right candidate will be:

  • able to clearly communicate
  • flexible and enjoy variety
  • dental experience is preferred, BUT not necessary – we are willing to train the right fit for our team!

Typical Schedule:

  • Monday 8:30am-5:30pm
  • Tuesday 9:30am-6:30pm
  • Wednesday 8:30am-4:30pm
  • Thursday 7:30am-1:00pm
  • Friday-Sunday - OFF

Benefits:

  • Salary $18-$24/hr, dependent on experience and qualifications
