As a Facility Maintenance Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the warehouse and office facilities. From routine inspections to troubleshooting and repair of automation machinery, you'll ensure the facility operates smoothly and efficiently.
Facility Maintenance Technician responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance activities, including fire safety equipment audits and cleaning of automation equipment.
- Conduct facility walkthroughs to identify maintenance needs and deficiencies.
- Perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance on automation machinery.
- Conduct semi-skilled and skilled maintenance, repair, and minor construction work.
- Operate and maintain maintenance equipment and tools.
Schedule:
Day Shift - Depending on business needs
Pay: 25$-30$/h
Facility Maintenance Technician Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience with automation machine troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance.
- Minimum of two (2) years of facility maintenance experience.
- Ability to perform physical tasks in various weather conditions.
- Knowledge of maintenance practices, techniques, and equipment.
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
