Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in financial analysis and planning, including budgeting and forecasting
- Prepare financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Provide tax planning and advisory services to minimize tax liabilities and maximize tax savings
- Perform financial due diligence for mergers and acquisitions
- Conduct internal control reviews and provide recommendations for process improvements
- Assist in the preparation of business valuations and feasibility studies
- Stay updated on industry trends, accounting standards, and tax regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality financial services to clients
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- Active CPA license or eligibility to obtain a CPA license
- years of experience in public accounting or financial consulting
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Experience with financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to clients and team members
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
