Job DescriptionHYGIENE COMPENSATION Compensation Plans (Current team members could choose one or remain where they are at)
Hudec Dental has been a family owned & operated private practice since Dr. Hudec opened his doors in Cleveland in 1977. Since, the demand for our empathetic and personalized care has grown to support our 25 offices located throughout the Northeast Ohio area. At Hudec Dental, we encourage our patients to relax, and smile; we will handle the rest!
- Flat Rate
- $35.00 hourly rate or $280 per diem rate
- $32.00 hour with $20k monthly revenue bonus threshold, then 25% of collections after
- 26% up to $50,000 monthly revenues
- 27% for $50,000 – 65,000 in monthly revenues
- 28% for $65,001 in monthly revenues
- Medical, dental and vision coverage
- PTO (per handbook)
- Paid Holidays and Generosity Days
- 401k plan contribution
- Life Insurance
- FSA account for childcare
- Annual CE, license fees and other professional fee allowance of $250
- $5,000 for hygienist who commits to 2 years when signing agreement
- $2,000 within first 30 days
- $1,500 on 1-year anniversary
- $1,500 on 2-year anniversary
- Notice provided any time before 2nd anniversary will require 75% repayment of bonus paid
- Opportunity to earn 10% of amount you exceed the previous year’s annualized individual revenues by $10,000.
- Example: Exceed 2023’s revenue amount by $30,000 and earn a bonus of $2,000
- Requirements: based upon full calendar year of service, no change in status in either comparison year
- Annual Health Club membership up to $500 annually
- Annual self-care allowance of $500 (massages, waxing, hair treatments, etc.)
- Annual vacation assistance of $500
- Monthly Cell Phone Assistance of $50
- Monthly Car Allowance of $150
