```Duties```
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on residental rental properties
- Most repairs similar to home upkeep or home improvement
- Duties include some simple electrical, plumbing etc.
- Duties primarily include cleanup, routine cosmetic repairs
- Some auto repair as knowledge allows
- Flexibility in willingness to preform other duties as needed
```Experience```
- Previous experience in simple home repair preferred
- Working knowledge of electrical & plumbing preferred
- Proficiency in maintaining personal auto preferred but not required
- Ability to figure out how to make simple repairs
- Willingness to work in tight places, ie. under house
- Willingness to work in high places, ie. house roof
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Strong customer service orientation
- Have a valid drivers license & cell phone
