Duties Include:
- Repair/replacement of faucets, toilets, and pipes
- Replacing/adding additional lighting to existing circuits
- Installation of vinyl flooring
- Drywall/painting
- Monthly fire drills, smoke detector checks, water temp checks
- Scheduling outside contractors when necessary
- PTAC part replacement
- Replacing/troubleshooting exhaust fan motors
- Light kitchen equipment repair
- Responds to and completes resident work orders, ensuring quality of service to maximum resident satisfaction
- General day-to-day maintenance
- Vacation and sick time
- Health, dental, vision, and life insurance
- Gas allowance
The candidate should be organized, outgoing, friendly, have basic computer skills, and have excellent communication skills.
