Job DescriptionProject Manager - Residential Construction - Responsibilities:
- Leading custom residential projects from start through completion
- Managing deadlines and making sure time lines are met
- Coordinating with necessary project team members
- Positive client feedback/satisfaction
- Building relationships with internal/external parties
- 5 years of Residential Project Management experience
- Knowledge of construction methods and materials, costing, & scheduling
- Ability to organize, think ahead, plan, and manage multiple priorities
- Strong relationship building & managing skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer savy-ness
- Base salary up to $105k
- Strong Bonus Structure (up to 20%)
