- As a Licensed Practical Nurse specializing in Long Term care, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and skilled nursing care to elderly individuals.
- As an integral member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents in accordance with established policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
- 1 years of experience as License Practical Nurse .
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and record vital signs and other patient information accurately.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
- Participate in staff meetings, in-services, and continuing education programs as required.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and uphold ethical standards of nursing practice.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Illinois (IL).
- 12 months experience in the last 18 months.
- Previous experience in long-term care.
- Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
