Role Description

We are seeking full and part time Mental Health Counselors (pre-licensed okay) based in Gettysburg, PA, to provide individual, couples, and family counseling to adolescents and adults with emerging and/or enduring mental health concerns. The day-to-day tasks include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, providing counseling sessions, participating in clinical supervisions and assisting with case management. This is a hybrid role, with the option to work remotely for some of the time. Our unique contracts do not have non-compete clauses and, with some expectations, we would allow you to build your client base for an eventual move to private practice in two years.

Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field (Doctoral okay, too)
• (For $1000 Sign On Bonus) Licensed as LPC, LMFT, LSW, LCSW or PSY in Pennsylvania.
• Successfully pass NCE exam (for pre-licensed LPCs)
• Able to obtain clean State and FBI clearances as needed for working with youth
• Previous Family-Based (FBMHT) Experience, ESSFT, a plus
