We are looking to add another experienced, xray certified dental assistant-- Expanded Functions Dental assistant preferred, but not required.

Duties:

EFDA LICENSE ONLY: coronal polishing, place resins, make provisionals.

General assisting duties:

- Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures

- Set up and prepare equipment and instruments

- Provide patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures

- Take X-rays

-digital impressions

- Perform various office tasks as needed

The successful candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

- Proficiency in dental systems and software

- Knowledge of infection control and aseptic techniques

- Understanding of dental anatomy

- Experience in dental assisting

- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations
