Qualifications:

-High school diploma required.

- Fluent in both Mandarin and English.

-Strong ability to plan, organize work, and manage multiple tasks independently.

-Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail.

-Outstanding interpersonal skills.

-Team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Develop activity programs that meet the needs of each participant, according to his or her individualized plan of care goals.
• Develop educational programs.
• Carry out activity program tasks.
• Supervise volunteers assigned to the activity program.
• Supervise individual and small group activities and encourages social interactions among participants.
• Serve as a member of the multidisciplinary team.
• Provide positive attitude and influence to the participants.
• Maintain supplies needed for activity programs including ordering, inventory and maintenance.
• Assist in marketing and public relations.
• Document in participant records when necessary.

Other Duties:

• Responsible for carrying out individualized care in accordance with the participant service plan.
• Complete required training.
• Perform all functions with the goal of protecting the health, safety, and welfare of participants.
• Observation of each participant and immediately reporting any changes in their physical, mental and psychological conditions.
• Assisting with meal service and assisting/feeding assigned participants to eat their meals and informing Manager/Supervisor when participants are not eating or adequately or taking fluids.
• Assist in emergencies as directed by the Center Administrator.
• Volunteer training.
• Tasks assigned by the activity manager.
