About the Position

Go Carpathian is looking for multiple roles of Project Manager to join our team, both full-time and part-time!

As a Project Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring seamless project execution, effective communication, and exceptional client experiences. Your role will involve overseeing project timelines, clarifying client requirements, and managing the entire client lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.

Responsibilities

• Daily Client Communication: Serve as the main liaison between clients and our agency, maintaining open lines of communication and promptly addressing client inquiries, concerns, and updates
• Project Flow Management: Work closely with internal teams to ensure projects progress smoothly and adhere to established timelines. Identify potential roadblocks and proactively address them to keep projects on track
• Clarifying and Relaying Client Requests: Accurately capture and interpret client requests, translating them into actionable tasks for our development and design teams. Ensure client needs are understood and effectively communicated internally
• Onboarding and Offboarding: Facilitate the seamless onboarding of new clients, ensuring they have a clear understanding of our processes, capabilities, and expectations. Similarly, manage the offboarding process, ensuring clients have a smooth transition and gather valuable feedback for continuous improvement
• Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients by understanding their business objectives and offering tailored solutions. Anticipate client needs and proactively offer value-added services
• Conflict Resolution: Address any issues or concerns that may arise during projects, striving to find amicable solutions that align with both client expectations and agency capabilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or comparable experience
• Proven experience in account management or client-facing roles within the web development, digital agency, or related industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical clients
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously
• Proficiency in project management tools and customer relationship management software
• Problem-solving skills to address client challenges and collaborate with internal teams to find solutions
• Empathy and a customer-centric approach to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Proficiency in no-code and automation tools a plus
