Situated in the beautiful Serenada neighborhood, our resort-style assisted living and memory care facility provides a comfortable and upscale living environment.

Position Summary

Platinum Resort Assisted Living is seeking a dedicated SOP Specialist to develop comprehensive, clear, and practical Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all actions taken within our HOME.

The SOP Specialist will be responsible for creating, documenting, and digitizing procedures to ensure consistency in operations and compliance with industry standards.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough research and interviews with department heads and staff to gather information on existing processes.
• Develop and write clear, concise, and detailed SOPs for all operational procedures at Platinum Resort Assisted Living.
• Ensure all SOPs meet regulatory compliance requirements and are aligned with industry best practices.
• Provide printed versions of the SOPs for physical manuals to be used on-site.
• Train staff on the implementation of new SOPs and the importance of compliance.
• Continuously review and update SOPs to accommodate changes in regulations or operational adjustments.
• Collaborate with management to ensure SOPs are effectively integrated into daily operations.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in SOP development, process documentation, or a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to translate complex processes into easy-to-follow steps.
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with digital documentation tools.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Education :

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Technical Writing, or related field.

Experience :

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in procedural documentation
