- Can perform Diagnosis efficiently.
- Be experienced in making auto repairs, test repairs, and vehicle alignments in a timely manner.
- Able to diagnose/ Troubleshoot A/C and emission issues.
- Demonstrate the ability to set and achieve performance goals for the shop as a whole and individually.
- Ability to recommend services.
- Work well under pressure.
- ASE certifications are preferred.
