**Job Overview:** We are seeking a compassionate Personal Care Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential assistance to clients with daily tasks to help them maintain their independence and quality of life. **Responsibilities:** - Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing - Help with meal preparation and feeding - Provide companionship and emotional support - Perform light housekeeping tasks - Escort clients to appointments and social outings - Administer medication under the direction of a nurse or healthcare professional - Monitor and report changes in client's health status **Experience:** - Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required - Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus - Knowledge of basic safety and first aid procedures - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect clients' privacy Joining our team as a Personal Care Assistant offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others while gaining valuable experience in the healthcare field.
