Job Description:
The Auto Body Repair Technician requires performing a variety of light and full body repairs on all makes and models of passenger, sport and commercial vehicles. We stress teamwork, but must be willing to work, maintain an organized work space and excel independently.

Compensation:
Hourly based on experience plus profit sharing plan
Responsibilities:
Maintain Clean, Organized and Safe Work Area
Think two steps ahead for coworkers and efficiently moving vehicles through repair process
Remove damaged parts of vehicle and install replacement parts
Hammer and fill body damage
Prepare Vehicle for Priming and Painting - Including masking, sanding, smoothing
Straighten and Replace Body Panels
Assemble and Disassemble Vehicles
Aluminum Repair and Welding Certifications
Perform other auto body duties as needed by management or for shop responsibilities/maintenance
*Ability to Work Within a Team Concept
Qualifications:
5 Years of Collision Technician Experience
Organized, Patient and Attention to Detail
Dependable and On-Time
Honest with Coworkers and with Self
Passion to Continue Learning and Handling Multiple Tasks
Willing to work within a Family Oriented Atmosphere with a Positive Mindset
Valid Driver’s License
