**Job Summary:** We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in need, promoting their independence and well-being. **Responsibilities:** - Assist individuals with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation - Provide companionship and emotional support - Implement individual care plans and monitor health status - Support individuals in community integration and participation in social activities - Administer medications under supervision - Document individual progress and any incidents **Skills:** - Experience in caregiving or related fields such as childcare, nurse, hospice care, patient care, senior care, assisted living - Proficiency in behavior management techniques - Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks as needed - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Empathy and patience in dealing with individuals with diverse needs Joining our team as a Direct Support Professional offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others while gaining valuable experience in the healthcare field.
