Salary:

People Architects has partnered with two manufacturing clients located in Garrettsville, Ohio who are seeking a Sales Representative . Our clients offer a wide range of fabrication services and are seeking a highly experienced and driven individual with a solid background in tool and die manufacturing, custom manufacturing solutions, and a proven track record of success in sales.

Key Responsibilities: (Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation) 

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand a customer base within the tool and die manufacturing sector and related industries.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and partner to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and provide feedback on market trends and customer requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
  • Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Effectively manage the sales process from prospecting to closing, including negotiation and contract management.

Qualifications: (Required and preferred)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a strong background in tool and die manufacturing and custom manufacturing solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Technical proficiency in tool and die manufacturing processes and related technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to understand and address customer needs effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and a results-oriented mindset.
