Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail environment. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns
- Upsell additional products or accessories to enhance the customer's purchase
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the shopping experience

Requirements:
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in technology or technical sales is preferred
- Ability to upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling cash
- Knowledge of stock management principles to ensure inventory accuracy
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Experience in jewelry sales is a plus
- Strong organizational skills to maintain a clean and orderly sales floor
- A customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $15.01 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 25 per week
