Northstar Logix is Hiring a HR Coordinator Near Garland, TX

We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual HR Coordinator to join our team on a temp-to-hire basis. The HR Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing HR functions, ensuring smooth onboarding processes, and providing support to the Plant Director and On-Site Representative. This role requires proficiency in both Spanish and English to effectively communicate with our diverse workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing ADP Systems: Oversee and maintain the ADP HR system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Onboarding New Hires: Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and necessary training.
  • Conducting Interviews: Participate in the recruitment process by conducting interviews and assisting in the selection of qualified candidates.
  • Generating Data Reports: Create and analyze HR data reports to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
  • Working Directly with the Plant Director: Collaborate with the Plant Director to address HR needs and implement HR strategies.
  • Collaborating with On-Site Representative: Work closely with the On-Site Representative to ensure HR practices are aligned and effective.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
  • Experience with ADP or similar HR systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Flexibility to assist the 3rd shift when needed
