Cynet Systems is Hiring a Construction Billing Specialist Near Garfield, OH
Pay Range: $21hr - $26hr
- Handle construction industry billing, including progress billing and retainage.
- Prepare and manage AIA billing documents and create SOVs.
- Review customer contracts and purchase orders to determine billing requirements.
- Manage lien waiver processes.
- Ensure accurate and timely billing under tight deadlines and handle a high volume of workload.
- Perform basic mathematical calculations and use Excel for billing tasks, including using formulas.
- A relevant degree or equivalent experience in construction billing or related fields.
- Experience in construction industry billing, including progress billing and retainage.
- Proficiency in creating and managing AIA billing documents and SOVs.
- Ability to review and understand customer contracts for billing requirements.
- Familiarity with lien waivers.
- Strong ability to work under pressure and manage a high volume of tasks accurately.
- Basic Excel skills, including familiarity with formulas.
- Basic math skills.
- Experience with SAP ERP systems and Microsoft Dynamics platforms is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to troubleshoot billing issues and work independently.
- Strong communication skills for liaising with customers and internal teams.
