• Supervise and train pest control technicians, ensuring that all services are performed to the company’s standards.

• Perform inspections and treatments at customer sites, managing both routine services and emergency responses.

• Develop pest management plans and recommend preventive measures to clients.

• Maintain accurate records of treatments, customer interactions, and inventory of supplies and equipment.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to pest control.

• Collaborate with management to improve service quality, efficiency, and safety.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification such as pesticide applicator license is preferred.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in pest control, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

• Strong knowledge of pest biology, pest management techniques, and safety protocols.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to solve problems and make decisions in fast-paced environments.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

• State-required licensure or certification for pest control professionals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.95 - $29.45 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 50 per week
