Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales team, driving sales growth, and achieving revenue targets. This is a key leadership role that requires strong sales skills, market knowledge, and the ability to analyze data to make informed decisions.

Duties:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate those markets
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance, set goals, and provide feedback
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and new technologies in order to maintain a competitive edge

Qualifications:
- People with more than 2 years of experience for sales
- Must speak in Korean and English
- Excellent knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Experience in outside sales or technology sales is preferred
- Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset

We offer competitive compensation packages including base salary plus commission, as well as benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. If you are a results-driven individual with a passion for sales and leadership, we would love to hear from you.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $44,283.72 - $60,000.00 per year
