Security Supervisor Job Description:

Manage and schedule guards, review incident reports, prepare score card reports for Corporate Security Mangement, perform alarm breach audits,provide new hire security training, ensure compliance with government requirements and relieve guards for
breaks or vacation.

Security Supervisor Responsibilities:

· Observe and Report

·Respond to emergencies/ incidents, relieve guards for breaks, escorting staff/visitors. Keep vigilance over entry exit, transportation activity by foot.

·Assist in operation of elevators, fire system monitoring, alarm monitoring, CCTV review and/ or handle loading dock access for deliveries.

·Notify Law Enforcement of any unlawful activity

·Inspect vehicles as entering the property of the site.

·Conduct hourly reports on our Guard Tracking application

·Comply with supervisor directives while on duty

·Carry out other duties as assigned

Security Supervisor Requirements:

·Must Obtain a Security License

·Must be 21 years or older.

·Must have a Highschool Diploma

·Must be a US Citizen

· Must be able to navigate and patrol up and down stairs

2 years Security, Law Enforcement, Active Military, Reserves, Or National Gaurd experience.

· Must maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed professional appearance while on duty in accordance with company and client standards

Qualifications

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or authorized to legally work in the United Staes

• Must have at least one year of security guard experience

• Must have security guard card

• Proficient in the English language

• Shows mature judgment, reliability, dependability, tactfulness and self-control

• Ability to retain composure and perform under pressure and to know when to call for assistance

• Ability to meet and deal effectively with the general public

• Ability to give instructions clearly and concisely, firmly but diplomatically

• Ability to construct and write clear, concise, accurate and detailed reports

• Ability to see and respond to dangerous situations

• Ability to wear and use all protective equipment
