Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Personal Injury Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing personal injury cases, ensuring all legal procedures are followed efficiently. Must have Personal Injury experience and fluent in Spanish.
Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
- Organize and maintain case files and documents
- Conduct legal research using resources like Westlaw
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel
- Manage case calendars and deadlines
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a Paralegal in a law firm, particularly in personal injury cases
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures related to personal injury law
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
-Must be computer literate and handle competing demands

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
