THIS POSITION CAN BE REMOTE OR PARTIALLY REMOTE.Seeking an admitted attorney, for a promising Associate position in General, Commercial/Business Litigation and Criminal Defense. Opportunity for a diligent and dedicated Associate Attorney to develop their career with an established firm in Manhattan and Long Island. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for high volume caseload, motion practice, daily court appearances, negotiation as well as client interaction.
ATTORNEY MUST BE ADMITTED TO PRACTICE IN NEW YORK. NEW JERSEY and or UTAH WOULD BE A BONUS.Attorneys who have criminal defense, debt collection or defense experience are welcome to apply EXTREMELY detail oriented. MUST be able to deal with responsibility of large case load;HIGHLY organized; MUST be able to multi-task efficiently and effectively.Job responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to: Daily court appearances; negotiation with opposing counsel; client interaction and intake; Legal research and writing; motion practice.

BenefitsSalary: $75,000.00 to $100,000 /year, depending on experience Plus commission and bonus.
