Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled property maintenance person to work with Prime Commercial Real Estate. The ideal candidate will have skills which include: interior painting, electrical, plumbing and general carpentry skills. General knowledge of exterior maintenance. Truck, tools, warehouse and uniform are provided.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct weekly inspections of properties
- Remodel interior suites
- Perform electrical and plumbing maintenance tasks as needed
- Coordinate contractors at maintenance projects
- Track work orders and inventory
- Oversee general facilities maintenance tasks

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in interior painting and carpentry
- Proficiency in plumbing and electrical
- Proficiency in exterior maintenance
- General knowledge of HVAC systems
- Supervisory experience in coordinating maintenance activities is beneficial
