Duties
- Rooming patients for multiple providers
- Document chief complaint/medical history/update medication list
- Request/Gather all necessary data for each patient medical record
- Maintain a clean/organized work area including front office/triage area/examination/treatment rooms Prepare treatment rooms before each examination
- Stock office/medical supplies and request supply orders timely based on inventory needs
- Vital Signs, injections, gather specimens and send to lab for processing timely
- Assist with authorizations and procedures
- Follow-up appointments, enter results into EMR system
- Assist with assembling paperwork twice a week
