Maintenance Technician - High-Rise Condominium: Full time position. Require at least 2yrs. experience in Electrical, Plumbing and General repairs for Hotels, Apartments or Condos. Must be flexible with scheduling (requires working weekends, holidays and evenings). Starting pay ranges from $14-18/hr., based on experience. Benefits include vacation (PTO) and a health/dental/vision insurance program.
The following is required for employment: Drug Screen, E-Verify and Background Check.
No phone calls.
Indeed's 'Basic Maintenance and Repair' skills test must be completed in order to be considered for the position.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
