- Manage and supervise the meat department staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Ensure proper handling and storage of all meats to maintain freshness and quality

- Monitor inventory levels and place orders with suppliers as needed
- Implement food safety protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their meat selections and addressing any concerns or questions
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate promotions and special events

```Experience:```
- Previous experience in a similar role within the food industry, preferably in a grocery store or butcher shop setting
- Strong knowledge of meat cutting techniques and food preparation methods
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
