Inventory Control Specialist

We are currently seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to join our Materials Management team. This team is responsible for the planning, procurement, and distribution of GMP raw materials required for the production of Clinical trial material. Accountabilities:

As an Inventory Control Specialist, you will author Change Controls, Non-conformances, SOPs, and master specifications. You will work proactively to optimize supply chain operations through creative solutions, acting alone and/or on teams. Your responsibilities will also include ordering, receiving, and putting away raw materials for production in the manufacturing areas, removing and disposing of expired Raw Materials in manufacturing areas, working cross-functionally to resolve raw material issues, and coordinating the storage and shipping of Bulk Drug substances.

Essential Skills/Experience:

- High School or a GED and 3 years of warehouse or supply chain logistics experience.

- Able to work independently without appreciable direction.

- Identifies and effectively communicates complex problems and solutions.

- Ability to develop collaborative relationships and build effective teams.

- Comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities.

- Data Analysis.

Desirable Skills/Experience:

- Candidate must be able to lift 50lbs.

- GMP experience.

- SAP or similar ERP system experience.

- Microsoft Office.
