Are you newly licensed and looking to break into the insurance industry? Great, your base salary will start at $24,000 - and first-year commissions are expected to be around $20,000.00( /-).
Are you an experienced insurance sales veteran looking for a change of scenery? Your base salary will start at $30,000 and our top earners made $35,000( /-) in commission last year.
This opportunity is based on experience and production. If you have the skillset to meet your monthly metrics, then we need to talk!

Responsibilities- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
- Generating insurance quotes.
- Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists.
- Participate in regular team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
- Licensing Certification: Active Georgia Property & Casualty License preferred.
- Prior Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related insurance field is advantageous.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Customer-Centric: A commitment to exceeding client expectations and delivering exceptional service.
- Adaptability: Capable of maintaining productivity and teamwork in a hybrid remote work environment.
- Team-oriented : Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with Computers and CRM systems and communication tools is a plus.
