**Job Summary:** We are seeking a detail-oriented Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle transactions accurately and efficiently while providing exceptional customer service. **Duties:** - Operate cash register and handle cash transactions with customers - Scan goods and collect payments - Issue receipts, refunds, change, or tickets - Redeem stamps and coupons - Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information - Greet customers when entering or leaving the store - Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas **Requirements:** - Strong communication skills - Basic math skills - Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly - Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus **Nice-to-Have Skills:** - Jewelry sales experience - Spanish language proficiency - Bilingual in English and Spanish - Product demonstration skills - Experience with cash registers - Cash handling experience - Proficiency in phone etiquette - Knowledge of appliance sales - Experience in wireless sales This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic retail environment where you can enhance your customer service and sales skills.
