Excellent opportunity for skilled handyman or maintenance person.
A large multi family complex in Groton is currently seeking a maintenance technician. The required skills needed to perform this job include but are not limited to; painting, drywall repairs, light electrical repairs, light plumbing work, general cleaning and upkeep, kitchen and bathroom upgrades.
Also important is an easygoing disposition required to get along with the residents and the rest of the team. Pleasant work atmosphere and room to grow in the company.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
