Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $12.50 per hour - weekly pay
Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday
1st Shift: 6AM-2:30PM
Job Description
Floor Tech Job Responsibilities:
- Keep outstanding appearance of all floors in the facility
- Operating T7 cleaning machine
- Push brooming floors
- Outside and sidewalk trash cleanup
- Cleaning smoke shacks
- Cleaning will include trash/recycle removal, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dust-mopping, and additional tasks outlined in the scope of work.
- Will be required to comply with all safety rules, policies, and procedures. Stops risky behavior of others and self.
Qualifications:
- Previous floor technician experience preferred, but not required.
- Adept to handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency with prioritizing and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent time management.
- Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their safe use.
Essential Functions:
- Ability to wear required PPE (gloves when cleaning).
- Must be comfortable walking, standing, reaching, stooping, and bending.
- Must be comfortable lifting 40 lbs independently.
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision and adhere to all safety guidelines.
*We do conduct a Background Check and Pre-Employment Drug Screening*

Pay: $12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
