Description

As a Certified Trainer, you will partner with local and regional management, along with the sales department, to aid in all aspects of new hire training and the continued development of our frontline, customer-facing team members.

What you'll do:

• Complete new hire training for our Rental Sales Agents, Customer Experience Representatives, and Dual Role Agents
• Prepare new hire materials/paperwork and create training schedules for new hires
• Mentor through both computer-based and hands-on counter training
• Support counter shifts following sales training
• Complete job-specific ongoing training with employees
• Work key shifts and example set through following the Service & Sales Process and adhering to all company policies and procedures
• Provide positive, constructive feedback and motivation to new employees to develop employees to their maximum potential
• Evaluate employee's abilities, strengths, and opportunities to appropriately develop; communicate this weekly to key management through weekly training summaries

• Maintain a high and consistent level of communication with management and appropriate departments

Benefits:

• Compensation and position level will vary based on candidate's previous work experience. Expected annual earning range will be between $45,000-$60,000 per year

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a fast-paced sales environment as a sales trainer, sales coach/mentor, or similar role
• Exhibits strong presentation, time management and organizational skills
• High level of self-accountability
• Ability to inspire and motivate individuals and teams to achieve their full potential
• Ability to demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm, and outstanding communication skills with customers, co-workers, and management
• High level of adaptability and flexibility to accommodate changing business needs, including working nights and weekends, and traveling to and working in our other Wisconsin locations as needed

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license with good driving record
• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
