About the role:
The Off Duty Officer (ODO) provides a safe and secure environment for the client and customers. The focus of the ODO is on advanced planning, threat assessment and problem solving specialized in customer service and de-escalation. The Off Duty Officer (ODO) support all divisions of the company including but not limited to Retail, Special Operations, and Operations
In this role, your responsibilities will be:
- Responsible for the life safety and physical security of assigned client
- Must be flexible and possess the ability to function in stressful situations
- Ability to work independently and provide exceptional customer service to our clients
- Build a safe and friendly setting for visitors and clients in a professional manner as well as safeguarding client assets
- Observe for unusual activity and respond immediately and safely to emergency situations on-site
As a candidate you must have:
- Retired or Sworn Active Law Enforcement with Peace Officer Standards & Training (POST) Certification.
- Minimum 2 year’s related safety/law enforcement experience
- Agency ID Card with CCW Firearms Endorsement
- Valid State Armed Security License and any additional certifications or licenses
Must be able to physically stand for a minimum of 8 hours.
