Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to students and parents, addressing their questions and concerns promptly and professionally. ES will also receive warm transfers from the AS (Application Specialist) to ensure maximum customer satisfaction for the student experience.
- Student Enrollment and Admissions: Process and manage student enrollments inAdmissions. Contact students in the order their application is received. Explain NSO course andcoordinate Mentor Matching. This includes providing, and addressing inquiries to ensure asmooth enrollment process.
- Application Verification: Review and process student applications, ensuring that all requireddocuments are submitted and in compliance with enrollment criteria. Process student’s activationinto the program, assign them to the NSO course and assign them a Mentor.
- Troubleshooting: Assist in resolving issues or challenges that may arise during the enrollmentprocess with technology and/or student platforms. Collaborate with relevant departments to address concerns raised by students or parents.
- Enrollment Document management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of (Birth Certificate, POR, Immunizations and other documents), admissions and applications statuses. Follow up with students and parents for any missing records not submitted at time of admission.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
