Calibrated Controls, located in Gainesville Fl, seeks Full time Electrician/Electrical Low voltage/DDC Controls installers and Apprentices.
Journeyman/Apprentice Wanted
Calibrated controls Installer will be required to perform routine installation of Building Automation, DDC and low voltage systems following company and contractor’s procedures, control drawings and technical data sheets. The installer will be responsible for the company’s job-site installation of the controls contractor’s system and equipment in accordance with the project's documentation, equipment specifications, and super directions. The Installer will perform all labor tasks involved with installing a contractor’s specified building automation system.
Qualifications
Minimum high school diploma (Journeyman/Apprentice)
No experience (Apprentice)
Two years as an electrician (Journeyman)
Two years as a control’s installer (Journeyman)
Technical Associates or Journeyman's electrical license, preferred.
Must understand current building electrical code. Must have the specific product and industry knowledge necessary to make technical day-to-day decisions.
Must be familiar with the trade work of electricians and the construction process.
Thorough background and drug screening will be required for each applicant.
