Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Painter to join our team. As a Lead Painter, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing various painting projects. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.

Duties:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, power washing , scraping, and sanding as necessary
- Apply paint,, and other finishes to various surfaces including walls, ceilings, , and fixtures
- Use airless paint spraying equipment to achieve smooth and even finishes
- Restore and repair damaged surfaces prior to painting
- Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Estimate project , materials needed for construction painting jobs
- Caulk gaps and cracks to ensure a seamless finish
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills:
- Proven experience as a painter or in a similar role
- Proficiency in airless paint spraying techniques
- Strong knowledge of construction painting methods and materials
- Familiarity with power tools used in painting and prep
- Basic math skills for estimating project costs and materials needed
- Detail-oriented with excellent hand-eye coordination
- Strong problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise during projects
