~Key Responsibilities ~
* Initiate and carry out marketing calls by contacting discharge planners, social service workers, and other community professionals in the surrounding community area, and performing purposeful follow up.
* Maintains accurate database records in BlueStep for leads and professional referral sources.
* Build Relationships: Cultivate partnerships with local agencies and referral sources to grow our network.
* Visits and conducts presentations at doctor's offices, senior centers, clinics, and organizations for seniors distributing sales and collateral literature representing Hilltop Springs.
* Assist with event planning.
Performance Guidelines/Goals
- Average 15-20 outreach drop ins weekly
- Average 4-6 scheduled outreach meetings monthly
- Average 15-20 home visits monthly
