Children's Dentistry of Fruitland is Hiring a Patient Care Coordinator Near Fruitland, ID

Children's Dentistry in Fruitland is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our awesome team as a Patient Care Coordinator. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in welcoming patients, scheduling, and dental insurance coordination.

Duties:

- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date patient information

- Schedule appointments and manage the schedule

- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a professional and courteous manner

- Verify insurance coverage and assist with insurance claims processing

- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information

- Coordinate referrals to specialists and follow up on patient care plans

- Assist with medical billing and payment processing

- Perform general office duties such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents

Skills:

- Experience working in a dental or medical office setting preferred

- Proficient in using office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping

- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
