Whispering Pines is Hiring a Maintenance Worker Near Frostproof, FL
- Perform minor repairs
- Do common area/yard upkeep by hedging, weeding, collecting trash etc.
- Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, painting, pressure washing, and installing mailbox posts,etc.
- Maintain all plantings, and shrubs around the property common areas and community owned homes
- Maintain, service, clean and properly store equipment
- Inspect and repair minor damages to building surfaces
- Maintain all irrigation around the property
- Maintain cleanliness of property restrooms
- Report to community manager for issues
- Perform other related duties and activities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Landscape maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
