Shiny Home Masters LLC is Hiring a Field Technician Near Frisco, TX
WINDOW CLEANING JOB :
No ladders, all work is done from the ground, simple job, work is in residential North Texas neighborhoods i.e. (Prosper, McKinney, Frisco, etc)
Pay:
- $200 Base 100% of tips DAILY
REQUIREMENTS:
- Your own transportation and ability to show up early to jobs daily
- Capability to store a 52 inch Deionization Tank, Pole, and hoses in vehicle
- Ability to do quality work quickly and stay on schedule
JOB DETAILS:
- Schedule is Tuesday-Sunday, 10am-7pm
- Bring your own food/Drinks
- It is outside so dress accordingly, we provide polos
- $200 Base 100% of tips (this depends entirely on the experience you provide the customer with)
HIRING PROCESS:
- You will go through a 3-day, unpaid, training immersion period
- Day 1: Shadow our tech
- Day 2: Half Shadow/Half Solo
- Day 3: Solo
- If you are very attentive, a hard-worker, and humble, this can very easily be brought down to 2 days based on your progress.
