Must be 18 years or older and have reliable transportation. TABC and food handlers certifications are required prior to start.

Previous bartending experience required. Experience with craft cocktails preferred.

Job Duties:

• Provide an exceptional guest experience to not only your tables and bar top, but for every guest in the restaurant.
• Learn and understand both food and drink menus and be comfortable answering questions from guests.
• Take and serve food/drinks orders in a timely fashion.
• Keep tables and bartop clean and tidy at all times.
• Deliver checks and collect payments.
• Ensure glassware and bar area are cleaned after closing to comply with state regulations.
• Juicing, preparing batch recipes, cutting garnishes, etc. daily to company standard.
• Must be willing and able to follow recipes, including the use of jiggers.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $100.00 - $1,200.00 per week
