Essential Speech and ABA Therapy is a privately owned children's ABA therapy clinic located in (Friendswood, TX). We are looking for a dedicated full time BCBA who is fully committed to the development of our children and their parents!

At Essential Speech and ABA Therapy, our BCBA, RBTs, Speech-Language Pathologists, and Occupational Therapists collaborate to provide holistic and individualized services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) ages 18 months to 6 years old – all under one roof!

What Does a Week in the Life of the BCBA Look Like? You will assist the BCBA-D with the following...

● Conduct initial & ongoing assessments and write progress reports.

● Develop & monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans.

● Supervise Behavior Technicians.

● Develop and monitor individual behavior management protocols and behavior

intervention plans for children.

● Provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers with regard to

managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors.

● Conduct Functional Assessments and Functional Analysis for all problem behaviors.

● Review program effectiveness, make recommendations, monitor data collection, and

chart progress.

Qualifications
- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Proficiency in Applied Behavior Analysis
- Experience in patient care and assessment
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation
- Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism
- Strong skills in behavioral therapy and data collection
- Familiarity with special education practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
