Supervisors needed for all three shifts, 1st, 2nd and 3rd

Job Requirements:

· High School Diploma or GED

· Minimum 4 years of experience manufacturing

· Ability to work independently with minimal coaching and distractions

· Strong written and verbal communication

Essential Duties/ Responsibilities:

· Manage and evaluate line associates

· Manage employee hours daily, to ensure shift has ample coverage to accomplish the task

· Lead by example: Will require a majority of the time spent on the production floor

· Provides production team daily instruction based on requirement needs

· Completes daily production logs and reports

· Handles the raw materials, in-process, and the finished product in an appropriate manner to ensure the final product is safe and meets work specifications.

· Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards
