Location: Fremont, NE

Pay Rate: $21.25/hr

What’s the Job?

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
• Conduct inspections, diagnose issues, and make necessary repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment.
• Manage work orders using tracking systems and support energy management initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Collaborate effectively and communicate clearly with colleagues.

What’s Needed?

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Ability to perform physical tasks including stooping, climbing, lifting/carrying heavy objects.
• Strong work ethic with a focus on following procedures and standards.
• Excellent communication skills for clear information exchange.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Organized and detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
