A&D Precision Inc. is Hiring an Accounting & HR Assistant Near Fremont, CA
- Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable:
- Responsible for input, reconciling, and confirming invoices.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
- Confirm client purchase orders by reviewing part number pricing and lead time with quotes, and release orders if there are no past-due receivables.
- Assist with the onboarding process, including preparing New Hire Onboarding Packages.
- Manage employee benefits, including medical, dental, life, and retirement plans.
- Assist with recruiting efforts by sorting resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Help plan and execute employee engagement events, such as lunches and holiday parties.
- Maintain communication and presentation in the employee breakroom.
- Order office and break room supplies.
- Manage printer/copier maintenance.
- Maintain IT inventory.
- Answer phones and greet visitors with a positive and energetic attitude.
- Prepare, collect, and distribute incoming/outgoing mail.
- Proven experience in accounting and HR roles.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MRP systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
