Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The Maintenance Person will be responsible for performing a variety of duties to ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of our hotel facilities. This is a part-time seasonal position.

Duties:

- Maintain working order of Guest Room keeping with hotel standards

- Facilitate repairs and respond to work orders efficiently

- Perform inspection, cleaning and repairs of heat and cooling systems (HVAC)

- Knowledge of basic plumbing repairs

-Knowledge of general Pool maintenance and cleaning

- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting repairs in a safe and comfortable environment for guests

- Provide excellent customer service to internal team members, hotel guests and vendors

- Conduct routine inspections for preventative maintenece schedule

- Perform general facilities maintenance tasks, including plumbing, carpentry, painting, and HVAC repairs

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities

Experience:

- Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is required

- Excellent customer service skills

- Familiarity with preventative mainenance practices preffered

- Ability to troubleshoot general maintenance issues

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Pay: $17.16 - $19.00 per hour
